These terms cover the TERRA OCCULTA website, terraocculta.gazum.ai, made by GAZUM Corp. The game will have its own terms when it launches.
The site presents a game in development. Its story, features, platforms and dates may change, and nothing on it is an offer to sell.
Requesting clearance (joining the waitlist) is free and optional, and it is for people aged 16 or older. You can leave the list at any time from the link in every email; the privacy page explains what we keep and for how long.
Everything on this site, its words, images, sounds and code, and the TERRA OCCULTA name and marks, belongs to GAZUM Corp. You may share links and screenshots for personal, non-commercial use; for anything else, write to support@gazum.ai.
The hidden messages and puzzles on this site are part of the fiction. Solving them never requires a purchase, never asks you to go anywhere, and never asks you to transmit on any radio frequency: only to listen.
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise that it always will be.
TERRA OCCULTA is a work of fiction. The Azimuth and every other organization, character and event in the game are invented. Real places and historical events, such as Operation Highjump (1946–47) and the Antarctic Treaty (1959), appear only as a backdrop. No real person, people, nation, religion or organization is portrayed as part of the conspiracies in this story. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental.
