TERRA OCCULTA

Privacy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This page covers the TERRA OCCULTA website. The game will have its own privacy policy when it launches.

If you request clearance (join the waitlist), we keep your email address, your language, the platforms you pick, your confirmation that you are 16 or older, the campaign tag of the link that brought you (if it had one) and the country your connection comes from (a two-letter code, never your IP address), so we can write to you about TERRA OCCULTA: one email when it launches, and a few on the way, at most twice a month. Nothing else.

We keep it because you asked us to (your consent), and only while you are on the list. First we send one email to confirm the address is yours. An address that is never confirmed is deleted within 30 days.

We never sell your email or share it with advertisers. GAZUM Corp. keeps the list on Amazon Web Services (in the United States), and emails go out through Resend, our email provider.

Every email after the confirmation has a link to leave the list, and leaving deletes your address. For anything about your data, write to support@gazum.ai.

Your rights: at any time you can ask to see the data we keep about you, to correct it, to get a copy of it or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent by leaving the list. Write to support@gazum.ai and we will answer within a month. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or Argentina, the GDPR, the UK GDPR or Law 25.326 give you these rights, and you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Argentina, the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública).

This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. It only remembers, in your own browser, whether you turned the sound on or off and that it has already offered you the sound once, and, until you close the tab, that you have already seen the opening and been offered the other language.
